1- The trainee must comply with the regulations of the institute and the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC).<\/p>

2- Any amount paid is non-refundable, including registration fees.<\/p>

3- Issuance of a 30-hour training certificate is conditional upon payment of 50% of the diploma fees.<\/p>

4- Payments must be made on the 27th day of each month.<\/p>

5- The full diploma fees must be paid before the start of practical training.<\/p>

6- If a trainee delays payment for two consecutive months, the institute has the right to terminate the trainee\u2019s enrollment, register the trainee as withdrawn, suspend the training, or take any action deemed appropriate in the institute\u2019s interest.<\/p>

7- The fees mentioned apply only to the diploma training program.

8- The trainee shall bear all fees and expenses that may be imposed during the field training period, and the Institute is not committed to paying them or any other fees of any kind.<\/p>

Training Regulations and Instructions<\/strong><\/p>

Both the trainee and the training provider must comply with the regulations and instructions of the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC).<\/p>

First: Development Courses Instructions<\/strong><\/p>

1- To be recognized as an enrolled trainee in a development course, the trainee must be registered in the approved registration system for private training at the beginning of the course. If the trainee attends the entire course, they will be awarded a Training Course Attendance Certificate without taking any examination conducted by the Corporation.<\/p>

Second: Qualifying Courses Instructions<\/strong><\/p>

1- To be recognized as an enrolled trainee in a qualifying course, the trainee must be registered in the approved registration system no later than fifteen (15) days from the start date of the course.<\/p>

2- If the trainee exceeds the permitted absence rate of 25% of the total course hours, their enrollment will be terminated.<\/p>

3- The trainee will be awarded a certificate upon achieving at least 60% in the final examination approved by the Corporation.<\/p>

4- A trainee who fails or is absent from the examination may request a re-examination after a minimum period of fifteen (15) days from the date the results are announced. This also applies to trainees who received a \u201cPass\u201d grade and wish to improve their grade. In such cases, the previous result and certificate shall be canceled and the new result shall be officially recognized.<\/p>

Third: Training Programs and Diploma Instructions<\/strong><\/p>

1- To be recognized as an enrolled trainee in a training program or diploma, the trainee must be registered in the approved registration system within the registration dates specified in the training calendar. Admission to diploma programs requires a High School Certificate or its equivalent.<\/p>

2- If a trainee exceeds an absence rate of 25% of the total hours of any training course, they shall be considered to have failed that course.<\/p>

3- A trainee may withdraw from all registered courses after notifying the Corporation, provided the withdrawal takes place before half of the training period has elapsed and in accordance with the applicable regulations.<\/p>

4- A trainee may drop certain registered courses with the approval of the training provider and after notifying the Corporation within two weeks from the beginning of the training period.<\/p>

5- A trainee may transfer from one training provider to another within the same specialization after obtaining approval from both training providers and the Corporation. The trainee must not have been dismissed from the previous training provider, and the transfer must occur during the registration period.<\/p>

6- The maximum training period at a training provider is twice the original duration specified in the approved training plan for each training program or diploma. This includes periods from which the trainee withdrew, was suspended, or was absent from training. The maximum period may not be exceeded without the approval of the Corporation.<\/p>

7- A trainee\u2019s enrollment in a training program or diploma shall be terminated in the following cases:<\/p>

A- If a dismissal decision is issued due to disciplinary, behavioral, or ethical reasons.<\/p>

B- If the trainee fails to complete the training within the maximum period specified in Clause (6) above.<\/p>

8- To be eligible for the Comprehensive Examination, the trainee must complete all training plan requirements, pass all course examinations, and achieve a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0 out of 5.0.<\/p>
